Die Decanter (altgriechisch ΔΡκάνται, lateinisch Decantae) waren ein keltischer Stamm in Schottland, der nur durch die Stelle 2, 38 in PtolemΓ€us’ Geographia ΓΌberliefert ist. Aus der Beschreibung ihrer NachbarstΓ€mme lΓ€sst sich schließen, dass sich ihr Territorium an der WestkΓΌste des Moray Firth befand, genauer Cromarty Firth. PtolemΓ€us nennt jedoch keine Hauptstadt oder Kerngebiet des Stammes. Laut PtolemΓ€us waren sie mit den Lugi, Smertae und Caledonii benachbart.
